Maggie Jackovitz has been knitting for over twenty years. She enjoys color knitting and intricate patterns on small needles. Maggie enjoys the challenge of fixing mistakes as well as putting those finishing touches on your knitted project.. She loves sharing her craft with new knitters. The Knit A Long is her favorite happening at the shop. She loves her tea and chocolate, and has recently discovered the joy of crochet. When she is not knitting, she is running the trail with her Portuguese water dog and following her three very active teenagers.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Harriet learned the craft of knitting and crochet as a child from her mother and grandmother. She has enjoyed doing needlework for her 3 children and 2 grandchildren over the years and is an avid American history buff. She has been teaching living history of 19th century America at many local schools and museums. Harriet has been teaching knitting and crochet for over 25 years at many schools, senior centers and craft stores in the Baltimore area and is affectionately referred to as Ask Harriet to help others solve their needlework situations.

Debbi is very happy to be a part of Ewenique Yarns. She lives on a farm with her husband and has two daughters, three dogs, one cat and a pony. Debbi started needlework sitting next to her grandmother; (a tailor). She enjoys gardening and writing children's stories. She likes to knit sweaters and loves the wonderful colors and textures of the new yarns.

Laura has been knitting and crocheting since childhood and is still learning new techniques every day. She likes to knit cables and lace, make socks, work on small needles and is open to any knitting challenge. She spends her spare time with her family, plus two cats and her beagle. She enjoys reading Jane Austen and listening to music.
