Course Description
After you take Knitting Basics, what's next? In this class we'll become more comfortable with the knit and purl stitches, learn to identify then in the knitted fabric and work some stitch patterns. We'll practice by making a knitted washcloth.

Supplies
One skein of cotton, linen or a cotton/linen blend yarn in a smooth texture and light color (something you feel would be good for a washcloth) in worsted or DK weight yarn. Needles in the size recommended for your yarn and stitch markers.

Yarns such as Rowan Handknit Cotton DK, Tahki Cotton Classic, or Cascade Sierra are good choices.
